Being a shopaholic means I buy quite a bit of expensive equipment, RV’s, and anything else I get a hankering for.  This also means that I spend hours and hours on the phone with support for these items when they don’t function as they should.

Spending quite a bit of time on the phone with various manufacturer’s for support I’ve decided it would be beneficial to video tape these conversations.  Both to remind myself how to fix a problem and to let you know how the company reacts to problems.
